Chapter Leadership Retreats

Chapter Leadership Retreats (CLRs) are customized workshops focused on areas of need for individual chapters. The retreats are facilitated by members of the fraternity staff and select volunteers. Chapters are eligible to receive a CLR if they reach the gold level in their Chapter Leadership Fund. In qualifying for a CLR, the chapter is required to fill out a pre-assessment which offers a breakdown of the areas of focus the chapter and the headquarters staff would like to address during the retreat. Following the retreat, an action plan is developed and staff works with the chapter to ensure knowledge and skills are enhanced upon completion of the program.

Topics we cover during CLRs include communication, diversity & inclusion, time management, CliftonStrengths, brotherhood, confidence, health & wellness and much more.
