CAMPFIRE 2025

Campfire 2025 will be on June 26-29 2025 at Butler University. Chapter/colony treasurers from each group will gather together to understand and strengthen their financial leadership skills. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and peer collaboration, participants will gain insights into essential financial topics, ensuring the financial health and stability of their groups across the country.

Campfire is an immersive experience aimed at providing chapter leadership the space to learn and prepare to run a successful fraternity. Campfire is a conference-inspired program developed to engage undergraduates, alumni, and volunteers on topics relevant to the success and advancement of our chapters and brotherhood.

TREASURERS, ARE YOU READY?

Each chapter/colony needs to have their Treasurers register for this program. Registration for Campfire can be found on the Phi Psi Portal under the “Events Registration” tile.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Campfire is being offered to one Treasurer for each chapter/colony. If your group has multiple leaders that handle finances, additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist and be notified if space is available. If your Treasurer is not available, it will be acceptable to send your President.

The deadline to register for Campfire 2025 is June 1, 2025.

Each chapter/colony may send one representative for no additional cost. The Fraternity will cover lodging and travel, including airfare for those traveling outside of a five-hour window from Indianapolis, IN.
