MIND. HEART. SOUL.

At Phi Kappa Psi, we believe in the holistic development of every member through our Mind, Heart, and Soul framework. This model guides members in achieving optimal wellness by emphasizing growth in three core domains—each containing essential fundamentals that reflect our Creed and commitment to lifelong wellness. By focusing on all aspects of health, we foster a deep understanding of how interconnected wellness contributes to a healthy and rewarding life.

It is impossible to be at our best in one area without nurturing the others. This is why our framework encourages growth across all dimensions. This page includes examples of how you can fulfill each of these nine fundamentals in your life. These examples provide practical ways to enhance your well-being in every domain. Start your journey toward wellness by exploring how these fundamentals can be incorporated into your life!
